As avid readers may have noticed, my blog writing efforts often take a week off here or there. Last week was for travel but this week I am suffering from a major computer outage. I’m forced to write this on a seriously bad iPhone X that is too small and has a failing battery. I have put off upgrading my technology for too long and it has come back to bite me. As my buddy Wils would say - “get off the wallet!”.

But this allows me the luxury of waiting to see the effects of Trump’s vaunted “Day of Liberation” on global assets. So far, underTrump’s economic stewardship, the only thing liberated has been investors from their wealth.

But fear not dear blog fan, I will return at some point to opine on the markets with more random thoughts about the future expectations of others.
